Review of Midwinter Night’s Dream by Eli Easton

Midwinter Night's Dream (Unwrapping Hank #2)Midwinter Night’s Dream by Eli Easton

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This was so much fun. This is a sequel to Unwrapping Hank, but can easily be read as a stand alone if one should wish to do so, although the first book does give a lot of great back story to Micah and his family, as well as telling Hank and Sloanes story.

Micah is the popular, laid back college kid, that everyone loves. Yasmin is the beautiful sweet girl in love with him, while he in turn is in love with Leo, whose best friend Helen is in love with Yasmin. And if this comedy of errors set up sounds familiar to you, it is obvisouly because it is a retelling of Shakespeare’s Midsummer Night’s Dream, as the title of the book alludes.

The title speaks of the actual action taking place in the story, as well as the play Leo, a theater major, is directing and starring in for his final exam.

As always, Ms. easton doesn’t disappoint, this is a fun and sweet little christmas romance, which will leave you with a smile on your face. Warmly recommended.
